26winph Terms & Conditions

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 26winph platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 26winph platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 26winph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 26winph, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 26winph platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3.Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 26winph, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 26winph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 26winph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 26winph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: 26winph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your 26winph account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures prior to closure.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 26winph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 26winph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your 26winph account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 26winph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• 26winph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request supporting documentation before processing.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if 26winph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

26winph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 26winph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 26winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the account balance.

6.Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 26winph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes on 26winph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 26winph's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• 26winph reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other factor that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.
• Players are prohibited from using any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, scripts, and automated betting systems.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 26winph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software used by the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including the use of exploits, bugs, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 26winph staff through any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 26winph account.

8.Responsible Gaming

26winph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account through the account settings section.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be created.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up reminders displaying the duration of their current session and their net gaming activity.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the 26winph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of 26winph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 26winph.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 26winph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 26winph's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

26winph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 26winph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.Privacy & Data

26winph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.Amendments

26winph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 26winph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 26winph platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

13.Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

26winph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
